Marcy Boynton is a children’s book author born and raised in Texas. She has worked in childcare for over 20 years and is the owner of two Christian Learning Centers in San Antonio and Boerne. Marcy and her husband Jonathan have three children, two dogs, and many fish. What Does My Cat Do When I’m Away is dedicated to her first “baby” Baci. Marcy enjoys outdoor activities with her family and spending time with animals.
